DIRECTOR - Morgan Darcy, Dip. Civil Eng.

Since graduating in Civil Engineering in 1994 Morgan has gained over 15 years experience in the Property & Construction Industry i.e. Concept Design, planning, and project management of shell & core, interior design and fit-out, refurbishment and heritage/conservation work.

As a Site Engineer for one of Irelands largest Civil Engineering Firms Morgan worked on a series of projects including Water Treatment Works, Motorways and Bridges. From 1998 to 2009, as Director of a nationally recognised Construction firm, Morgan managed large development projects in Ireland, Thailand, Africa and USA to the value of €126.8m

Currently Morgan specialises in Construction Insolvency Support, Preparation of Assets for disposal, Property Maintenance /Completion and Property Management services.

 

 

 

DIRECTOR - Padraic Higgins, B.E.(Civil Eng.), M.I.E.I.

Qualified in Civil engineering and a member of Engineering Ireland Padraic has over 14 years experience in all facets of the Construction Industry i.e. Concept Design, planning, and project management for New Build works, interior design and fit-out, refurbishment and heritage/conservation work. From 1997 to 2001, as Site Engineer for a leading development firm Padraic worked on projects for Housing, Mixed-Use and Commercial developments. From 2002 Padraic worked with one of Ireland’s leading Construction firms where he managed a variety of projects in the public, private and commercial sectors i.e. Dept. Education & Skills, HSE, OPW, Dept. Defence, Údarás na Gaeltachta, NUIG, Lidl and a 4.5 storey cinema complex to name but a few.  As Contracts Director for this firm from 2006 to 2010 Padraic managed projects to the value of €72m.
