Residential—Residential/Institutional

 

The project involved the construction of 41 self-contained dwelling units in a community complex. The building is constructed over basement and is the first A rated Residential/Institutional building in Ireland.

Residential Housing

 

The project consisted of the construction of 126 timber frame houses, both 2 and 3 Storey, 106 conventional build apartments, 2 crèches which included 1 special needs crèche, and a retail centre.

Works included the construction of the units in co-ordination with all individual purchasers of the units so as to complete each home to the satisfaction of the end user.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Residential Apartments

 

This residential development comprises of 3 freestanding residential blocks. Each of the 3 Blocks are 4 storey buildings with the RC basement being served by a total of 12 passenger lifts. The 12 electronically controlled landlord areas gives access from secure basement car parking and ground floor entrance to each apartment.
